Learn how to take care of your body and mind through the menopause. I am doing a talk with the wonderful Hannah Hatherell – hypnotherapist, friend and local fellow dog walker. 

We would love for you to come and join us for one evening all about the perimenopause. Find out a little more how nutrition and hypnotherapy can help you, right now. It’s a combination of a safe space to chat with other women in a similar situation to you, learning some tools to help you straight away and advice for the long road ahead.

October may have been menopause awareness month, but as I think you’ve all realised by now, the perimenopause and then menopause is for years, not days, weeks or months.
