New Year Gentle Reset

I am partnering up with the very talented Rachel Turford of Kinder Pilates, to bring you a 5 week online nutrition and pilates programme that will be nourishing, energising and accessible, to fit into your life at the beginning of 2022. 

If you want to beat those winter blues, lose Christmas weight gain or feel energised then this is for you. It will support your immune system, reduce sugar cravings, enhance sleep, improve body composition and much more!

We want this programme to be a simple way for you to adjust your lifestyle rather than the extreme New Year message that we so often hear.  We know how full-on life can be and how unbalanced, overweight and sluggish we all feel post-Christmas. This intends to be a realistic, accessible nutrition and fitness programme that will help you to create health habits for the rest of the year and beyond. 

The programme will include:

– Weekly recorded pilates class (approx 20mins)
– Weekly nutrition topic, advice and tips, with recorded video.
– Closed Facebook group for further information, motivation, and sharing ideas within the group
– Recipe e-book with inspiring power-packed meal and snack ideas.

Topics will cover learning about and focussing in on how to incorporate foods that make you feel amazing into your daily meals, planning and habits, trying something new (movement and ingredients), increasing energy and maintaining habits.


The course will run over 5 weeks, coinciding with term time, and will begin w/c 10th January.

The price will be £95 per person
