You can’t change your health overnight. However, with nutrition advice and education, lifestyle guidance and coaching from me, I can help you start to feel better one day at a time.

I find clients notice the best results when they commit to a series of appointments. I usually suggest starting with a block of three.

This enables me to create a structure for you on HOW to create healthy habits in achievable, bite-sized chunks, that fit into YOUR life. Plus motivation for your shiny new mindset around prioritising YOUR OWN health.

  • Analysis of your health and lifestyle questionnaire
  • Review of your 3-day food diary
  • 75-minute initial consultation (me listening to your story and understanding your goals plus initial recommendations)
  • Personalised health optimisation plan (emailed within 3 working days of consultation)
  • Discussion and recommendations for tests (if applicable)
  • Supplement recommendations with 10% discount (if applicable)
  • Suggestions of other supportive therapies (as appropriate)
